Modern Greek
We are excited to announce that Modern Greek language courses will be available again throughout 2025-26! If you or someone you know have been wanting to study the language, we encourage you to review the list below and the Schedule of Classes and enroll!
Fall 2025

Winter 2026

All classes are offered through the UCLA Department of Classics.
Non-UCLA students: You may be able to enroll in courses through one of the following methods:
- Through UCLA Extension via a program called Concurrent Enrollment:

This option becomes available only after all matriculated UCLA students have enrolled in their courses, and the instructor and department approve. Please read more information at the link above, and you can begin the application process on that site. Fees can be found in the Concurrent Enrollment brochure.
2. Senior Scholars Program for adults who are age 50+ (a more affordable option for those who qualify):
Please visit Senior Scholars Program through UCLA Longevity Center and review the attached program FAQ. As of Fall 2025-26, the fee is $175 for the first course, and $150 for each additional course, plus a non-refundable administrative fee of $25 per course. These fees are subject to change. If you are interested, please apply directly to the UCLA Longevity Center and then they will seek permission from the class instructor.
